how comes this impression? i am running fedora since many years as workstations and also for routers, firewalls, webservers, telephony servers, dns-servers, web-servers and all other things you imagine a computer can do why not? there is the linux kernel and a bundle of opensource software finally they are all the same and differs in their version and upgrade intervals - but there is not single fundamental difference between running sama on fedora, suse, ubuntu....
