Hi,

since upgrading to Fedora 17 I see messages like this in the log:

udisksd[22965]: Error performing housekeeping for drive
   /org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/WDC_WD1500ADFD_00NLR5_WD_WMAP42259780:
   Error updating SMART data: sk_disk_smart_status:
   Input/output error (udisks-error-quark, 0)

This message is generated for all directly attached WD drives in the
system. Can anybody tell me what effect this log message might have?
The drives work as expected, afaics. How do I to get rid of these log
messages?

Thanks in advance,
Corinna
