Simply put, you don't.  To get a look at it legitimately, you'll sign a
NDA, so you can't say what you see.  Steal and reveal, and you're guilty of
crime in your own right.

Oh, you can reverse engineer, look for strings in executables, etc., but
none of that's proof.
