My problem is gone. *I can update/upgrade packages onto my Fedora 16(x86_64) OS at ease.* I thank all my Friends for their valuable suggestions and advice regarding configuring(choosing) correctly the repositories from the repos list,and to erase or deselect certain packages which were providing dependency problems and errors.
I have read the "Mailing list guidelines", in Fedora Project, and shall follow the rules as stated there. Thank you all.Thanks to the Fedora community.
