I file my fair share of bugs. Generally I like to post issues to discussion groups (mailing lists) to be sure there is indeed an issue and that I am not overlooking something.
Lets see where this discussion goes and then I/we can determine if it warrants a bugzilla entry. When I was working on the issue I never once thought that I was dealing with a bug. Could fdisk and (g)parted be made better ? Yes. Are they buggy ? No.
