Again I'm visually impaired, totally blind
No working eyes
So I'm not sure if the live cd will work for me
I  know centos have the sound muted so the gnome screen reader will not work
I don't know if fedora have the sound muted

That's exactly what I would recommend. It has always worked!! Just be sure
you have done:

yum -y install livecd-tools

otherwise, you will not find the command
livecd-iso-to-disk
