Hi, After my upgrade from F42 to F43, I can no longer get volumeicon (that controls my volume) start up. I get:
$ volumeicon ALSA lib confmisc.c:165:(snd_config_get_card) [error.core] Cannot get card index for 1 Failed to open sound device with name: hw:1 My card is as follows: $ aplay -l **** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices **** card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC3271 Analog [ALC3271 Analog] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 3: HDMI 0 [PHL 276E8V] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 7: HDMI 1 [HDMI 1] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 8: HDMI 2 [HDMI 2] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 Any suggestions as to what I should do here? Please let me know what other information I should be looking at.
