I'm guessing that's a gmail thing, since I *only* receive mail from the
list, and if someone has done the reply-all thing to me I'm getting the
one that came from the list.

Boilerplate:  All unexpected mail to my mailbox is automatically deleted.
I will only get to see the messages that are posted to the mailing list.
