Yes, I got that.

The file which gtk claims is missing is present and readable.  There may
be a problem with the "Loader process" but what that is and how to fix
it is not clear.

Containers often set up their own namespace isolated from the host
system. The fact that the file exists and is readable from outside the
container doesn't mean it's necessarily accessible from within it.

The file exists and is readable within the container.
