Incus (previously LXD) is a container system, based on LXC. Similar to
Promox and other virtual environments. Shared kernel, independent user
environment.
The file which gtk claims is missing is present and readable. There may
be a problem with the "Loader process" but what that is and how to fix
it is not clear.
