Recently seen a delay of around 30 seconds with both chrome and
chromium on Fedora 42? Before both would be almost instant.

did trying uninstall both chrome and chromium, and reinstall, but
no change.
Did a reboot, and it went back to both taking sort time.
But then seeing delay come back with no changes.
Have a script it run with root takes 5 to 10 seconds but with
regular users almost 60 seconds
Should take about 10 seconds to 1 minute to download and process
Took 6 Seconds to Download
Should take about 10 seconds to 1 minute to download and process
Took 55 Seconds to Download
Only difference is one users root user other user my regular user.
