dump is maintained upstream. It's also maintained by the Fedora team:

Intimating it's not maintained by Fedora feels disingenuous and could be
construed as a bit of a slight to the all volunteers who build, test and
release the distro?

Perhaps it's not maintained at a cadence you need, that would be fair. This
is a free, open source distro. If this is something you really care about,
maybe become a maintainer?

You haven't responded to the fact this could just be noise, either. Are
your files being restored, just with some extraneous warnings? If so, maybe
just hold out till the next mass rebuild and retest.

If they aren't being restored, and it's painful for you, you could just
roll your own interim RPM until the next mass rebuild.
