This F42 have something, what makes postix sevice disabled

Happened to me, too. Something in the upgrade to F42 was messed up. It
may have been the replacement of /usr/sbin with links pointing to
/usr/bin. There were some missing that involved postfix and sendmail.
I fixed that by installing sendmail and then removing sendmail. That
left behind the appropriate links in /usr/sbin/. After that I just had
to enable and start postfix and it's been fine since. It's a known
issue. There's a bug report for it at:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2360491
So, just go ahead and enable and start postfix and you'll be fine.
