Yes it is 4G LTE


The Alcatel IK41 series M2M LTE Cat4 USB stick connects to the host system 
using USB2 data interface and will appear in the system with USB Vendor ID: 
1bbb and Product ID: 00b6 in default USB mode.

The device expose a USB MBIM network interface (Mobile Broadband Interface 
Model) and three usb serial interfaces. It is commonly used by Windows 8/10 for 
connecting mobile broadband devices, but can also be used in Linux environments.
