https://dnf5.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dnf5.conf.5.html#main-options-colors
details the configurable colour elements.

https://dnf5.readthedocs.io/en/latest/dnf5.conf.5.html#color-label defines
the values for colours that you can set.

(This is F36 but https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/dnf-colors/67301
gives you some indication of what to configure.)

I would assume if you set them all to "white, normal" or "black, normal",
depending on your terminal color scheme, you won't get any more colourised
output?

You could also just pipe the output through cat or wrap dnf in a function (
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7131670/make-a-bash-alias-that-takes-a-parameter)
that pipes its output to cat.
