Have been using VirtualBox for like 20 years? and it does work just 
fine after rmmod kvm_intel with the 6.12.x kernels.

Just haven't looked into KVM. Just use it to test new G4L images for 
booting in regular mode and uefi mode and with syslinux loader.

Perhaps KVM would work, but currently my main machines are 18 
timezones away from where I am. So currenly working remotely 
from a notebook in Nevada. Guam is GMT+1000 and Nevada is 
GMT-0800.
