Someone else commented about this in one of the Bodhi updates, the problem is 
that the URL in the Release notes needs to include the "esr", but doesn't. For 
example I'm using 128.3.3esr (in F41), the Release notes URL contains 
"/128.3.3/", if I replace it with "/128.3.3esr/" it works. Don't know why it 
hasn't been fixed.
