If they are available for Win2K you should download and install the
virtio-win bits in the Windows guest.  This should give you better
performance for disk and network, and will also allow you to change
the size of the display by changing the size of the VM window.

Off the top of my head you....
- dnf install virtio-win - this installs the .iso file on your hypervisor
- find the .iso file and connect it to the guest using virt-manager
(or whatever)
- within the guest use Windows Explorer, open the CD, find the .exe and run it
- shutdown the guest
- using virt-manager change the disk, network, and display to use virtio
