One of my Fedora machines I just upgraded from fc38 to fc39 still have a ton of fc38 stuff in it. Is that normal?
`uname -a` and `cat /etc/redhat-release` all say I am on fc39. But when I go to do a `dnf upgrade` I get tons of fc38 stuff to upgrade to a newer fc38 version. Am I missing something?
