I had this figured out a while back but I am once again lost. This the error after a clean install and I try 'dnf install indent' to add to my system:

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'fedora':

It seems after installing several times the system will not let me download any more rpms. The password is correct I used network install to install this system but the password isn't being saved to where it is supposed to be being saved. I cannot access the network anymore.

What password and what does that have to do with the network?  You need to provide a lot more info for anyone to help you.  All that I see here is that you can't resolve a hostname.  So either you have no network or your dns isn't working.

I am not quite sure what to provide. When I install I turn on the wifi and enter the router's password. It pulls DNS ip addresses and installs from the network fine. When I reboot and try to use dnf nothing can be reached and I get the above error. What information do you need?
