Also looks like you have three installations of grub on your /boot.
One in /boot/grub, one in /boot/grub/locale (which is totally out of place) and
one in /boot/grub2. You only need one of them. The currently used path should
be /boot/grub2. You should verify that the files in /boot/grub and
/boot/grub/locale are indeed older than /boot/grub2 and then you can delete
/boot/grub. Or better rename the directory to something else and if your system
still boots properly, then remove it. If not, use some live system from USB and
rename it back.
