On a F37 system I have not updated in maybe a month or more, I get the error:

Running transaction test
The downloaded packages were saved in cache until the next successful transaction.
You can remove cached packages by executing 'dnf clean packages'.
Error: Transaction test error:

How do I get around this?

Maybe first update without freeworld?

thanks
