Looks like it has a 32-bit CPU. Fedora doesn't support that architecture anymore, so this isn't the right distro for this machine. But, if you still want to use Fedora on this machine, not that I'd recommend it, look for a 32-bit ISO at the archive: https://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/
