Yes, indeed, but the drive is SSD. We took the back out and it turns out that 
one of the fans is not moving very well. Since the machine is still under 
warranty, Dell will ship us a fan unit. Lets see if that helps. I guess now 
they can have all sorts of excuses for no-24 hour response, it will be here in 
3-5 business days.
