This is an important error message. It means the resize operation was not performed due to the parameters you specified.
I think what you meant to run was with a '+' sign to indicate you want to allocate more. lvextend -l+100%FREE /dev/VolGrpUsr_DK0/home Without the '+' sign the command was trying to resize to the number of free extents (2419). Be careful to make sure your command arguments are correct. Incorrectly resizing a filesystem could cause you to lose your data.
