recently xsane stopped to work on my computer... I don't remember exactly what i did when this happened (perhaps I made something of wrong on the panel configuration setting ??).
They are several days that I manage to fix this problem.Actually I get the error : "xsane error during device I/O failed to open device hpaio:/usb/Deskjet..." I get this error message after I modified the file /etc/sane.d/hp.conf with the purpose to add inside it the exact manufacture name of my scanner (Hewlett-Packard ID 03f0:ac11 ) .
