Presumably you have something installed that specifically requires that version, but if it just needs gstreamer you could make look into moving from v0.x to v1.x which will also unblock the soundtouch update. If you really need v0.x of gstreamer then you'll need to wait a little longer as the builds are still in QA (should be any day now), or you could pull them from Testing.
