All the necessary packages seem to have been pushed on the 20th, at least for me - I'm now on soundtouch v2.0.0-3.fc27. There do seem to be others with problems though, mostly to do with the gstreamer0 builds (I'm on gstreamer1), so maybe that's your issue?
