I know what the problem is.  It is related to selinux.  If you run firefox after
doing a "setenforce 0" you can select a printer.  You don't get an AVC since
donot-audit is active.

I will get back to you later in my day (only 6AM) when I have what I think is a
proper "fix".  Need to test it within a VM as a personal preference.  :-)
