I disabled the repro _co...@rpm-software-management-deltamd.repo but
that didn't change anything.
I then removed "dnf-plugin-zsync" and could run "dnf update".
I then installed "dnf-plugin-zsync" again and ran "dnf update" and got
same problem as previous:

# dnf update
AttributeError: 'Repo' object has no attribute 'cachedir'

So I guess there is some problem with "dnf-plugin-zsync" on last version
of Fedora 26.
