I installed this a few days ago on F25. Yesterday, I didn't pay much
attention, but dnf updated the system successfully.

Today, it also worked, and I noticed that it didn't even bother
downloading the Updates repository. It only refreshed the test-updates
repository, and everything ran fine again.

This is a winner if it keeps doing that, as the updates repository is
at 21 MB now. If most of that can be skipped every day, a real win for
bandwidth, and a speed up in time to update too.

Thanks for this, great addition to dnf.
