Dears ,

I use the %b to send the binary form of the sms that kannel receives , but
there is no difference between %b, and %a

I forward the sms to a web service and this is what is sent.
smsText=%a,
content=%b

http://127.0.0.1:9091/services/smsReceiver?msisdn=%2B353872849213&smsText=%D4%F2%9C%C5%92%97%E1%EC%3C(%F9%B2%BE%C9a%F3%DB%D1%F9%25%E5ev%D8M%F9)%C3%EEzX%9E%EC%C5p&content=%D4%F2%9C%C5%92%97%E1%EC%3C(%F9%B2%BE%C9a%F3%DB%D1%F9%25%E5ev%D8M%F9)%C3%EEzX%9E%EC%C5p&coding=0&DCS=-1&charset=ISO-8859-1'

if this is supposed to be hex representation of the message if the "%" is
omitted ,I don't understand the parenthesis "..EC%3C(%F9%B2%BE%C.. "

regards,
Yassmeen Mahmoud
