Dear Ammar, As per Kannel part you can send only 300 to 500 SMS in a second, if you want to send 1000 SMS in a second use twice setup for the same and hardware case Kannel not require high configuration server. If you have used 4 GB RAM as well as 8 Core you will send the 300 to 500 TPS in a second.
