I have the following setup using kannel 1.5.0

services <------>  1 smsbox <---> bearerbox <----> 2 smsc connections (mo
and mt)

I believe I have set throughput, max-pending submits appropriately on the
two smscs given the provider allocated 60TPS for each account.

throughput = 40

max-pending-submits = 40

wait-ack = 600

The issue is that I am getting a large queue on SMSbox (see below) which is
delaying receipt of incoming MO messages significantly. Would appreciate
any insights on what is causing this and how  to fix.
