Now I`m know from logs what my SMPP is working, but I`m don`t know how
to send and receive message with Kannel.
and how can I send and receive message from DB for example MySQL.

It's depends on how you use your kannel. First of all, if you user
sms-services with 'get-url' param, you can easly save
received/incoming messages to DB by your self (your script), before
send outbound message (answer)
Or you can use a special addon for kannel, called sqlbox.

Several connections to smsc? Just add to conf file some smsc groups.
Or, if you want to provide some services for someone, according to
anything params (such as shortcode, incoming text and etc) - you need
to create mor different groups sms-services in your conf
Plz, more information about you problems. As you see, sometimes hard
to understand what u want

equire_link pdu packet.
command_status: 0 = 0x00000000
That means what your pdu paket was good, witthout any errors
Please, not read only Kanel documentation. You also need to
understand something about basically SMPP protocol
