Please download and use latest svn. 1.4.3 doesn't have reliable throughput
implementation. Latest svn has.

I am trying my new system, and I am trying to use the active
throttling option in smsc group. But I see that it has no effect on my
system. Can someone let me know whats going wrong.
throughput was set to 10 but it gives around 200 msg /sec.
logica simm accepts any number of messages.
My setup:

kannel(with 2 smsbox):
