Hello, Thanks for reply but this problem is more complicated because it is not the problem of long queue, but my smsc provider who accepts all messages, but when there is more thanv15 msg/sec he sends me back that delivery fails. That is why I need to limit throughput on kannel or application level. I was wondering if kannel can help me with this problem.
