when i go through kannel mailing list , there was few certain quiestions. but those r not similler to my questions. Seems it is something wrong with DCS parameter of smpp.
 It cant recognize the particular PDU value . ( If it is wrong , i'm very sorry )
 
So , as u said i tried with alter-charset  values also, ( with iconv()--- strings ) . but still i cant get it true. I cant understand , why this type of question not in the list , It is not a common question , is it ?
