Thanks, i got the problem, you are simply "Genius",

I made the mistake in NameVirtualHost that is,

Instead of writing ::

NameVirtualHost *

I wrote like ::

NameVirtualHost *:80

when i changed this to NameVirtualHost * , it works,.............Thanks a lot
