There was enough there to confirm our views on it, so that's all
we really needed to hear.

All seemed to go OK, having rsync-d the old to the new, bar seemingly
losing any customisations in what you'ld see from both these

qconf -sconf
qconf -ssconf

which resulted in some

error: no complex attribute for threshold our_threshold

messages and allhost becoming alramed, until we had explicitly
defined the load_sensor attribute in the sconf.

Easily fixable once you compare old and new, but odd all the same.

Just to add that the two missing configs were the result of someone, not me,
failing to sync the common directory, along with the qmaster dir.
