Some info are missing. LO version architecture operating system which component of LO (I suppose you were talink about Writer)
Anyway, I tried on my Writer module from LO 24.8.2.1 64bit on Arch Linux, and the problem doesn't appear. If I choose "replace all" I only get a little banner which informs me about the total number of substitutions applied. > Whenever I do a mass find and replace (I select replace all), I get a > display that pops up showing me all the matches that were replaced.
