I've tried it so many ways see screenshots. First time of asking for help,
should I upload my form?
Hope the screenshots help. I've spent so many hours just on the date, have
read the manual front to back nothing jumps out at me.
Also, my LibreOffice is not connected to the internet, is there any way I can
download the Help and install it into LibreOffice without being online.
