Hi :) I think Brian's way might not be so easy to set-up but once done it means you can keep using the 1 font. I don't know if there is a font with all the characters you need. It is possible you might need to add characters to any of them. Also i don't think you need to know all the characters you need in advance as you can add them later as you find them.
Once you have a character set in the AutoCorrect thing it stays there so you soon find you have already gathered all the extra ones you needed. Sorry, i'm not sure that is helpful!
