I have to disagree both with you Cor and with NoOp. Tom is answering as a member of the community. Here is a quote from the LibreOffice homepage "Support and documentation is free from our large, dedicated community of users, contributors and developers."
So you see, miserable lowly human beings like Tom and myself are part of this community when we donate part of our time and experience. And surprise, so are the USERS :) Unless you are saying that the SC, the members and the developers which in your logic are the only ones that represent the community, want to have the exclusive of answering all the questions (or to ignore them). I think that having a sense of community is a positive thing. Please don't antagonize people who are helping.
