Hi Please Ignore this:
I managed to fix it myself. It turned out that the VM had been created from a tenant's own ISO and this was causing the permission error - I set the ISO to 'public' temporarily and ACS then allowed me to assign the VM to another account/domain. I am trying to assign a VM from the admin account to another account in another domain via the UI but get the following error: Request Failed (530) Failed to move vm due to Acct[8e553ce6-10c0-4812-98f1-791bfea8c5c6-ForHousing-DaaS] does not have permission to operate within domain id=91dcb385-17d9-41e9-8385-850476b66ab9 is there anyway to assign this instance to another account/domain ?
