I did some more tests and I found the performance issue is due to message persistence. If I chose to send non-persistent messages , it took less than 1ms to send a message , even though by synchronous sends.I did not change the default configration about message persistence in activemq.xml. Can anyone give me any tips about optimize message persistence mechanism so as to make it fast ?
