[S2] Tiles plugin on 1.4

Do I need to do something special to get tiles plugin working on JDK
1.4???

 

I'm getting the following error in weblogic startup

 

UnsupportedClassVersionError:
org/apache/struts2/tiles/StrutsTilesListener (Unsupported major.minor
version 49.0
