Ah, yes. http://struts.apache.org/2.x/docs/weblogic-81.html I don't know if this has been fixed in 2.0.8, but IIRC up to 2.0.6 I had to fix the TLD files to run under WL8.1SP5. I unpacked the jars, modified the TLDs and repacked; there may be other ways around it, I may have mis-diagnosed the issue, or... something else entirely.
