No but the generic test application at https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/audio/ seems to work better now after restarting my Mac.
However the OpenMeetings application setup application seems to not do much when recording the stream. And there is no level-meter when audio/mic is enabled. And there is no sound output on a 2nd device when using Safari13 and enabling mic on the Safari device. Chrome however works fine.
