1) I can backport the fix to 4.0.x
2) you can
   1. create field in LDAP with full URL to the picture
   OR
   2*. (haven't tested it) you can put pictures as
"/webapps/openmeetings/data/upload/profiles/profile_XXXXX/profile.png" for
each of your users (and comment-out LDAP mapping)
